Now available to commission, colour pencil pet headshot portraits! Available in a range of sizes to suit all requirements. These are drawn on Clairefontaine Pastelmat paper and framed as standard in a black frame with white mount (apart from 18x24cm size, mount will fit in any standard A4 size frame. Drawings under £100 are paid in full upfront, drawings over this value are 50% non refundable deposit paid upfront. I do not begin work until a deposit is paid to secure your place.
When it comes to choosing your photograph(s), they must be of the highest quality. No filtered or screenshot images, preferably no portrait mode used. Images are often best when taken from the eye level of your pet, in a good light (sunlight works best), and close to them, the further you are the lesser the quality of the actual subject will be. I aim for perfection, but ultimately the outcome of the drawing does depend on the quality of your photograph!
I will send a photo of your drawing once complete to ensure you're happy with it! Full payment must be received before shipping. If no efforts are made to pay final balance, the 50% deposit will be forfeited and the painting disposed of.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ᨀ Commissions cannot be processed through this website, please either contact me on my Facebook page or email me. Payment is via bank transfer.
ᨀ 'A' sizes may vary slightly. For example, an A3 is 11.7 x 16.5 inches, however I may paint your photograph on a 12 x 16 inch canvas. This will not affect the size of the painting you receive, it is to avoid too much white space, and create a better fit for your painting!
ᨀ Deposits made are non refundable
ᨀ Please let me know if due for a specific date. Aim to book your commission AT LEAST 1 calendar month before it is due; any sooner than this and there will be a rush fee - if it is not too short notice to complete. But my art itself can't be rushed; please do book in advance.
ᨀ All my paintings come framed as standard in a black frame, if you do not wish for your painting to be framed let me know. This will not effect the price.

ᨀ Full payment to be made before shipping. Once complete, artwork must be collected/posted promptly, as I just don’t have the storage to keep completed commissions indefinitely
ᨀ Images MUST be of high quality. If it is not of good enough quality (as much as I would happily try my best) I cannot do it. The outcome wouldn't live up to your expectations or my standards!

ᨀ I cannot do any unrealistic requests. No writing, no photo-shopping images together etc; anything I don’t openly offer and deem as unrealistic.
ᨀ I do not accept returns of personal commissions.
ᨀ I do not accept responsibility for paintings taken out of their frames or damaged after leaving my possession.
ᨀ By giving me your image to paint, I reserve the right to use the image for comparative purposes of my finished product.
ᨀ Abuse will not be tolerated.
ᨀ My style is realism, I aim for perfection, however there may be slight differences. I’m only human! The product you receive will be as close to exact as I can make it, and changes cannot be made.
